Stephen Caroselli founded Orion Entrance Control, Inc. in 2009 with a clear mission: to lead the entrance control industry through innovation, integrity, and a deep commitment to people. With decades of experience in the security space, Steve envisioned a company where advanced technology and genuine human connection could coexist—and thrive.

Since its founding, Orion has moved from a garage to a 40,000 square-foot facility and continues to manufacture all of its products in Steve’s home state of New Hampshire. Orion’s solutions—include Speedlanes, Speedgates, and DoorGuard—are trusted by some of the world’s most recognized organizations and are known for their craftsmanship, intelligence, and ease of integration.
