Allowable Technology Solutions
This year’s program emphasizes technology solutions to improve school safety. That includes:
Anonymous Reporting Systems (ARS): Mobile apps, hotlines, or web-based platforms for reporting threats anonymously.
School Safety Technology: Other technology solutions designed to detect, prevent, and respond to threats of violence.
Applicants are expected to show strong partnerships with local law enforcement, demonstrate data security and sharing protocols, and ensure solutions complement existing systems.
